Question: What is the normal turnaround time for custom kitchen cabinets?

Answer:  The typical turn around time for custom kitchen cabinetry is approximately 8-14 weeks.  Exact timing depends upon many factors such as the size of the kitchen and the finish selected.  All of our stains and glazes are hand applied; certain hand-applied finishes take longer than others.  Additionally, changes to cabinetry plans after the order has taken place may delay the kitchen (see terms & conditions below).

Question:  Do you offer a Warranty?

Answer:  Building a new kitchen is something most people do only once in their lifetime.  Dynamic Kitchens & Furniture's custom made cabinetry offers the ultimate assurance that once is enough:  a Lifetime Limited Warranty.  It's our promise of satisfaction, both today and the years to come. 

Dynamic Kitchens & Furniture guarantees its product, for as long as the original purchaser owns the kitchen (or furniture), against manufacturer defect such as:  cracking in the wood, structural failures, or splitting. 

Items not covered under the Dynamic Kitchens & Furniture warranty include:  hardware failure (many manufacturers have their own warranty), fading of finish due to sunlight, water damage to cabinet finish, scratches, dents, or any other wear and tear from normal, daily use.

Question:  What is the best way to care for my kitchen cabinets?

Answer:  We recommend cabinets should be wiped down with a damp cloth, and then dried with a clean, dry cloth for cleaning when needed.  Twice a year we recommend a light application of Guardsman Furniture Polish (available at Ace Hardware), applied per manufacturer directions (apply a light spray, and wipe down with clean cloth)

Question:  What are your terms & conditions?

Answer:  We build your custom furniture and kitchen cabinetry to your specifications. Changes to these specifications during the construction process may be accommodated, but such changes do increase the cost of producing your furniture/kitchen cabinets. This cost will be passed on to you. Changes will also delay the delivery of your furniture/kitchen cabinets. Canceling your custom furniture/kitchen cabinetry order will result in the forfeiture of your deposit to cover supplies and labor as related to your order. Deposit of 40% required on all furniture orders, balance due upon delivery. Custom kitchen cabinet deposit is 1/3rd on signing of contract, 1/3rd forty days from initial contract date, and balance due on installation. There are no refunds on custom ordered kitchens and furniture.
